# Guangxi Rural Sugar: Zhu Chunsong resigns from the position of company supervisor

On May 23rd, Guangxi Rural Sugar announced that the company's supervisory board recently received the resignation letter from shareholder representative supervisor Zhu Chunsong. Zhu Chunsong applied to resign from the position of supervisor due to work adjustments and will no longer hold any position in the company after resigning. Zhu Chunsong's resignation did not cause the number of the company's supervisory board members to fall below the legal minimum, and his resignation letter will take effect from the date it is delivered to the supervisory board
