# JAPAN KYOSEI released its 2024 annual performance, with a loss attributable to shareholders of 852 million yuan, an increase of 74.1% year-on-year

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JAPAN KYOSEI (00627) announced its annual results for the year ending December 31, 2024, with total revenue of 99.7 million yuan (RMB, the same below), a year-on-year decrease of 59.9%; the loss attributable to shareholders was 852 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 74.1%; basic loss per share was 59.99 cents.

During the year, property sales revenue was approximately 99.123 million yuan (previous years: 248 million yuan). The property sales revenue mainly came from projects in Hunan Province and Fujian Province in mainland China. The sales recognized during the year decreased by 60.0% compared to previous years due to weakened demand.

In addition, the company has applied to the Stock Exchange for the resumption of trading of its shares starting from 9:00 AM on May 28, 2025
