# Haisen Pharm General Manager Ai Lin plans to reduce holdings of no more than 0.97% of shares

According to the announcement from Dolphin Research, Haisen Pharm (001367.SZ) announced that its director and general manager, Ai Lin, who holds 3.96% of the company's shares, plans to reduce his holdings by 1.4721 million shares (accounting for 0.97% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (i.e., from June 24, 2025, to September 23, 2025)
