# CANNY: ReboKang currently has no humanoid robot-related products or development plans

CANNY stated on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange interactive platform that its wholly-owned subsidiary Suzhou CANNY Technology Industry Investment Co., Ltd. holds a 4.04% stake in Suzhou Ruibukang Medical Technology Co., Ltd. Ruibukang mainly focuses on medical robots, bionic automation, and related products, currently primarily breaking through with joint technology in exoskeleton robots, and is focusing on developing intelligent powered knee joints and ankle joints suitable for amputees. The intelligent powered knee joint product has already entered mass production, but the business volume is still relatively small, mainly targeting the European and American markets. It is understood that Ruibukang currently has no humanoid robot-related products or development plans, and the company does not directly participate in Ruibukang's operational decision-making; Ruibukang operates independently under the leadership of its management team
