# 宏信證券券商又更名 實際控制人變更待證監會核准

> 宏信證券已於 5 月 29 日更名為 “天府證券”，標誌着其從民營企業轉變為地方國有企業。接盤的蜀道投資集團計劃加快天府金融品牌建設，預計未來半年內將推動分支機構更名及標識更新。

近日，記者查詢國家企業信用信息公示系統發現，宏信證券有限責任公司已在 5 月 29 日低調完成更名，新名字為 “天府證券有限責任公司”。自四川信託完成重整後，其與控股子公司宏信證券從民營企業轉變為地方國有企業，邁入全新發展階段。接盤上述兩家金融機構的蜀道投資集團有限責任公司此前已明確表示將加快推進天府金融品牌建設。如今宏信證券已率先打上 “天府” 這一品牌標識。券商中國記者此前採訪獲悉，四川信託同樣推進更名事宜。在蜀道集團戰略推動下，兩家金融機構有望實現從內到外 “脱胎換骨” 式轉變。上述券商官網截至 5 月 31 日尚未對名字更新，仍保有 “宏信證券” 名稱及標識。預計未來半年內，該券商將推動分支機構更名及線上線下標識煥新工作。
