# Suncha Technology: Kefa Haiding and Kefa Capital plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by 0.3260% and 0.6483%, respectively

Suncha Technology announced that a specific shareholder, Ningbo Kefa Haiding Venture Capital Partnership, plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 231,300 shares, which does not exceed 0.3260% of the company's total share capital, within three months after the announcement date and three trading days thereafter through centralized bidding transactions. Another specific shareholder, Zhejiang Kefa Capital Management Co., Ltd., plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 460,000 shares, which does not exceed 0.6483% of the company's total share capital, within the same timeframe and method. Kefa Haiding and Kefa Capital are considered acting in concert, holding a total of 771,300 shares in the company, accounting for 1.0871% of the company's total share capital
