# Guangxi Rural Sugar: Chief Accountant Huang Yi resigns

On June 9th, Guangxi Rural Sugar announced that the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter from Huang Yi, the company's director and chief accountant, on the same day. Huang Yi applied to resign from his positions as director and chief accountant due to job changes, and after his resignation, he will no longer hold any position in the company. Huang Yi's resignation will not result in the number of board members falling below the legal minimum, and the resignation letter will take effect upon delivery to the company's board of directors
