# Zhejiang Zhongcheng: Chen Dakui reduced his holdings by 26.5705 million shares

Zhejiang Zhongcheng announced that the reduction plan of Mr. Chen Dakui, one of the shareholders holding more than 5% of the company's shares, has been completed. From May 6, 2025, to June 3, 2025, Mr. Chen Dakui cumulatively reduced his holdings in the company by 26.5705 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 2.9334% of the company's total share capital. After the reduction, Mr. Chen Dakui holds 12.1531 million shares of the company, accounting for 1.3417% of the total share capital. This reduction complies with relevant laws and regulations and will not adversely affect the company's operational stability and governance structure
