# Taihe Intelligent plans to acquire 100% equity of Yang Guang You Chu for 45.8 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Taihe Intelligent (603656.SH) announced that the company intends to acquire 100% equity of Anhui Sunshine Youchu New Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sunshine Youchu" or "target company") held by Sunshine New Energy Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sunshine New Energy") for a cash amount of 45.8 million yuan.

The listed company stated that in order to expand its energy storage business for industrial and commercial users (referring to energy storage systems configured on the electricity consumption side in factories, office buildings, etc., which achieve profits through peak-valley arbitrage, that is, utilizing the price difference between peak and valley electricity rates for charging and discharging, a typical application of user-side distributed energy storage), the company is acquiring 100% equity of Sunshine Youchu
