# HX GROUP: Invests 30 million yuan to establish an industrial fund

HX GROUP announced that the company, together with its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Haixin Asset Management Co., Ltd., has jointly established Shanghai Haizhixin Enterprise Management Partnership, committing its own funds of 30 million yuan as a limited partner to invest in Anhui Gaoxin Yuanhe Puhua Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership. This investment does not constitute a related party transaction and does not constitute a major asset restructuring. The initial committed capital of the industrial fund is 1.239 billion yuan, with a target committed capital of 2.5 billion yuan, focusing on hard technology projects in the semiconductor and intelligent manufacturing fields
