# Tianhe Magnetics plans to increase the capital of its subsidiary Tianhe New Materials by 90 million yuan

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Tianhe Magnetics (603072.SH) has announced that in order to meet the current business planning and future development needs of the company, and to enhance the capital strength and operational capabilities of its wholly-owned subsidiary Tianhe New Materials, the company plans to increase the capital of Tianhe New Materials by RMB 90 million using its own funds. After the completion of this capital increase, the registered capital of Tianhe New Materials will change from RMB 10 million to RMB 100 million
