# CHI SCI&EDU IND: Zhao Lijuan appointed as a member of the nomination committee

According to the announcement from CHI SCI&EDU IND (01756), Mr. Ding Yi, the independent non-executive director, will no longer serve as a member of the Board Nomination Committee, while Ms. Zhao Lijuan MH JP, the independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee to replace Mr. Ding Yi, effective from June 25, 2025.

After the above changes, the Nomination Committee will be composed of Mr. Zhang Zhifeng (executive director, chairman of the board, and chairman of the Nomination Committee), Ms. Zhao Lijuan MH JP (independent non-executive director), and Mr. Yang Ying (independent non-executive director)
