# WEDGE CORPORATION plans to launch a stock incentive plan for 6 million shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, WEDGE CORPORATION (000534.SZ) has disclosed the draft of its 2025 equity incentive plan, proposing to grant 6 million restricted shares of the company to the incentive recipients, accounting for 1.19% of the total share capital at the time of the announcement of the incentive plan. Among them, 5.7225 million shares will be granted initially, with a total of 217 incentive recipients, and the grant price is set at 7.35 yuan per share
