# ZHONG FU TONG Group's Yitian Technology has established Xiangfu Technology in collaboration with state-owned enterprises

Recently, the joint venture "Fuzhou Xiangfu Technology Co., Ltd." established by Yitian Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Zhongfu Tong Group, and Fujian Feihong Meteorological Information Co., Ltd., a state-owned meteorological service enterprise in Fujian Province, has completed its business registration, marking the official entry of the strategic cooperation into a substantial operational phase. Feihong Meteorology and Yitian Technology hold 51% and 49% of the shares in the joint venture, respectively. Xiangfu Technology will focus on "AI Meteorology+" innovation. The two parties will integrate their R&D capabilities to jointly explore breakthrough applications of meteorological large model technology in key areas such as transportation, water conservancy, new energy, agriculture, low-altitude economy, marine fisheries, hydropower, and coastal defense
