# TAIER HEAVY INDUSTRY plans to acquire 19.39% equity from minority shareholders of its subsidiary Shentai Intelligent

According to the announcement from TAIER HEAVY INDUSTRY (002347.SZ), in order to further enhance the efficiency of the company's operational decision-making, strengthen the control over its holding subsidiary Anhui Shentai Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shentai Intelligent" or "the Target Company"), and improve the company's profitability and core competitiveness, the company will acquire 19.39% of the equity held by minority shareholders Jin Hongjun, Li Weimin, Xie Jin, Lv Bin, and Wang Huifeng of Shentai Intelligent for a total equity transfer payment of RMB 9.695 million
