# HOTA plans to launch a restricted stock incentive plan for 1.2 million shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HOTA (001225.SZ) disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant a total of 1.2 million restricted stocks to the incentive recipients, accounting for 1.86% of the company's total share capital on the announcement date of the incentive plan draft. This grant is a one-time grant, with no reserved rights set. A total of 34 individuals will receive the grant, with a grant price of 17.19 yuan per share
