# HJINV: Guanghui Energy agrees to transfer 20.74% of its shares

HJINV announced that Guanghui Energy will transfer 79.8796 million shares of HJINV, accounting for 20.74% of the total share capital, to Jiuzhou Hengchang Logistics Co., Ltd. After this equity change, Guanghui Energy will no longer hold shares in HJINV. This equity change is necessary for Guanghui Energy's strategic development, aiming to focus on its main business and enhance core competitiveness. Guanghui Energy has no plans to increase or decrease its holdings in the next 12 months. The transaction has obtained the necessary authorization and approval and requires confirmation and transfer procedures from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation
