# ST DALI TECH: Plans to establish a fund in collaboration with professional investment institutions, focusing on supporting fields such as integrated circuits, deep-sea aerospace, and others

\*ST DALI TECH announced that the company recently signed a partnership agreement with Kunxin Investment and various limited partners to jointly invest in the Zhejiang Zhanzheng Relay Equity Investment Fund Partnership. The company, as a limited partner, intends to contribute RMB 25 million with a contribution ratio of 5%. The fund aims to raise a total of RMB 500 million, focusing on key areas that meet the requirements of new productive forces and strategic emerging industries, including advanced manufacturing, integrated circuits, artificial intelligence, new materials, new energy, biomedicine, and deep-sea aerospace
