華盛頓，7 月 7 日（路透社）- 美國總統唐納德·特朗普表示，8 月 1 日生效的美國關税是確定的，但如果各國提出建議，他願意考慮延期。

當被問及截止日期是否確定時，特朗普表示：“我會説是確定的，但不是 100% 確定。如果他們打電話説我們想以不同的方式做一些事情，我們會對此持開放態度。”

特朗普週一開始告訴貿易伙伴——從日本和韓國這樣的強大供應國到小型參與者——美國將於 8 月 1 日開始大幅提高關税，這標誌着他今年早些時候發起的貿易戰進入新階段。
