智通財經 APP 訊，訊眾通信 (02597) 公佈配發結果，公司全球發售 3044 萬股 H 股股份，香港公開發售佔 10%，國際發售佔 90%。最終每股發售價 13.55 港元，全球發售淨籌約 3.68 億港元。每手 500 股 H 股，預期 H 股將於 2025 年 7 月 9 日 (星期三) 上午九時正開始在聯交所買賣。

其中，香港公開發售獲 12.79 倍認購，國際發售獲 1.01 倍認購。
