# Hongbaoli's largest shareholder and actual controller plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 2%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Hongbaoli (002165.SZ) has recently received a notice from its largest shareholder, Baoyuan Investment, and the company's actual controller, Mr. Rui Jinggong, regarding the plan to reduce their holdings in Hongbaoli. The total number of shares that Baoyuan Investment and Mr. Rui Jinggong intend to reduce does not exceed 14.7054 million shares, which is no more than 2% of the company's total share capital
