# NJCKY executive Liu Jian plans to reduce holdings of no more than 50,000 shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, NJCKY (300826.SZ) announced that Mr. Liu Jian, a senior executive holding 0.15% of the shares, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 50,000 shares (i.e., no more than 0.03% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement (i.e., from August 11, 2025, to November 10, 2025)
