# BLUE SAIL MEDICAL expects to trigger the condition for the downward adjustment of the conversion price of "BLUE SAIL Convertible Bonds"

BLUE SAIL MEDICAL announced that as of July 21, 2025, the company's stock has closed below 85% of the current conversion price of "BLUE SAIL Convertible Bonds" at RMB 12.00 per share for 10 trading days, which is expected to trigger the condition for downward adjustment of the conversion price. If triggered, the company will hold a board meeting on the same day to review whether to make the adjustment and will promptly fulfill its information disclosure obligations. The current conversion period for "BLUE SAIL Convertible Bonds" is from December 3, 2020, to May 27, 2026, and the latest conversion price was adjusted to RMB 12.00 per share on July 8, 2025.
