# INESA-it: Director and General Manager Weng Junqing resigns due to personal health reasons

INESA-it announced that on July 20, 2025, the company received a written resignation letter from its director and general manager, Weng Junqing. Weng Junqing applied to resign from the positions of director and general manager due to personal health reasons. After resigning, Weng Junqing will no longer hold any position in the company. Weng Junqing's resignation will not result in the number of board members falling below the legal minimum, and his resignation will not affect the normal operation of the company's board of directors, nor will it affect the normal conduct of the company's management work
