# LIFE CONCEPTS plans to issue up to 13.65 million placement shares at a discount of approximately 3.45%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LIFE CONCEPTS (08056) announced that on July 22, 2025, the company entered into a placement agreement with the placement agent. The company intends to issue up to 13.65 million placement shares at a placement price of HKD 0.28 per share, which represents a discount of approximately 3.45% compared to the closing price of HKD 0.29 per share on July 22, 2025. The placement shares will account for approximately 10.74% of the enlarged issued share capital.

The total amount expected to be raised from the placement is approximately HKD 3.8 million, and the net proceeds are expected to be approximately HKD 3.7 million. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the placement to supplement the group's working capital
