# ZHUJIANG BREWERY: Huang Wensheng resigns as the company's general manager, and Zhang Yong takes over

On July 25th, ZHUJIANG BREWERY announced that the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter from the general manager Huang Wensheng. Due to work adjustments, Huang Wensheng applied to resign from the position of general manager, and the resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors. After resigning, Huang Wensheng will still serve as the company's director, chairman, and party secretary. The company's board of directors agreed to appoint Zhang Yong as the general manager, with a term starting from the date the proposal is approved until the election of the fourth board of directors. The company's board of directors plans to elect Zhang Yong as a director, with a term starting from the date the shareholders' meeting approves it until the election of the fourth board of directors. This matter will be submitted for review at the first extraordinary shareholders' meeting in 2025
