# Evergreen Technology: Huang Zhenli resigns from the position of director

On July 25th, Evergreen Technology announced that the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter from director Huang Zhenli. Huang Zhenli requested to resign from her position as a director of the company's fourth board of directors due to personal work reasons, with the original term set to last until the end of the fourth board's term. After resigning from the board, Huang Zhenli will still hold a position in the company. According to relevant regulations, Huang Zhenli's resignation will not result in the number of board members falling below the statutory minimum, and her resignation will take effect immediately upon delivery of the resignation letter to the company's board of directors. The company will complete the director's supplementary election as soon as possible in accordance with legal procedures
