# HOTA: The company has not yet participated in the construction of the Yaxia project

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HOTA (001225.SZ) announced that the closing price increase deviation of its stock exceeded 20% over three consecutive trading days on July 24, July 25, and July 28, 2025, which constitutes an abnormal fluctuation in stock trading.

The announcement stated that the company has noticed the recent high market attention on the Yarlung Tsangpo River downstream hydropower project (referred to as the "Yaxia Project"). As of the date of this announcement, the company has not participated in the construction of the Yaxia Project. The Yaxia Project is still in the early stages of construction and is characterized by a large investment scale, long construction period, and high technical requirements. The company will closely monitor the progress of the project
