# Guangxi Rural Sugar: The upper equity structure of the controlling shareholder is expected to change

Guangxi Rural Sugar announced that it recently received a notice from its controlling shareholder, Nongtou Group. According to the requirements of the Guangxi State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, as of December 31, 2024, it will transfer its 33% equity in Nongtou Group to Guangxi Guokong Capital Operation Group Co., Ltd. free of charge. After this change is completed, the Guangxi State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission will still be the actual controller of the company, and Nongtou Group will remain the controlling shareholder of the company
