中國金屬利用 (01636.HK) 公佈，核數師對公司截至 2024 年 12 月 31 日止年度財務報表的持續經營問題出具無法表示意見。

目前為止，公司營運附屬公司銅鑫、金循環、泰越、銀聯湘北及湖北融晟根據《 中華人民共和國企業破產法》適用條文正與現有債權人進行重整。公司已計劃並打算將公司主要債權人 (包括富樂和華融) 的債務轉換為公司股權。
