# Dianguang Tech: Shareholding ratio falls below 55%

Dianguang Tech announced that the information disclosure obligor Dianguang Technology Co., Ltd. and its concerted actors Shi Suibiao, Shi Xiangcai, Zhu Dan, Shi Xiaoxia, Shi Peng, and Shi Long's shareholding ratio decreased from 55.30% to 55.00%. Mr. Shi Suibiao reduced his holdings in the company by a total of 1,078,500 shares through centralized bidding on July 30, 2025, accounting for 0.3% of the company's total share capital as of July 29, 2025
