# GTC: The controlling shareholder Guiyang Industrial Investment pledged 21.515 million company shares

GTC announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Guiyang Industrial Investment Co., Ltd., pledged 21.515 million company shares, accounting for 6.32% of its holdings and 1.38% of the company's total share capital. The pledge start date is July 31, 2025, and the purpose of the pledge is for financing. The pledged shares by Guiyang Industrial Investment are not used as collateral or for other guarantees related to major asset restructuring performance compensation or other matters. As of the announcement date, Guiyang Industrial Investment has cumulatively pledged 156 million shares, accounting for 45.68% of its holdings and 10.01% of the company's total share capital
