> 太平洋酒吧宣佈其附屬公司騰昇國際有限公司與金進投資 (香港) 有限公司簽訂物業租賃協議，租期為 2025 年 4 月 22 日至 2028 年 4 月 21 日，為期 3 年。該物業位於香港九龍元洲街 298 號海旭閣地下 A 號鋪，董事認為該位置有利於集團在香港擴展酒吧及餐飲業務。

智通財經 APP 訊，太平洋酒吧 (08432) 發佈公告，於 2025 年 7 月 22 日，租户 (公司附屬公司騰昇國際有限公司) 與業主 (金進投資 (香港) 有限公司) 就有關物業訂立租賃協議，固定租期追溯至自 2025 年 4 月 22 日至 2028 年 4 月 21 日 (包括首尾兩天) 為期 3 年。  

物業為中國香港九龍元洲街 298 號海旭閣地下 A 號鋪。董事考慮該物業位處於有利集團在香港擴張其酒吧及餐飲業務的戰略位置。
