# 中港石油：鄭鎮昇獲委任為公司秘書、授權代表及法律程序文件代理人

智通財經 APP 訊，中港石油 (00632) 發佈公告，林文傑先生 (林先生) 已辭任本公司公司秘書 (公司秘書) 職務、終止根據香港聯合交易所有限公司 (聯交所) 證券上市規則 (上市規則) 第 3.05 條擔任本公司授權代表 (授權代表) 以及根據香港法例第 622 章《公司條例》第 16 部及上市規則第 19.05(2) 條代表本公司於香港接受任何送達本公司的法律程序文件或通知的本公司授權代表 (法律程序文件代理人)，自 2025 年 8 月 1 日生效。

董事會進一步宣佈，鄭鎮昇先生 (鄭先生) 已獲委任為公司秘書、授權代表及法律程序文件代理人，均自 2025 年 8 月 1 日生效。鄭先生亦於同日獲委任為本公司首席財務官。
