滙豐控股 (00005.HK) 公佈，上週五 (1 日) 於英國及香港市場合共回購 491.98 萬股，共涉資逾 4.7 億港元。

當中，匯控在英國市場購入 249.5 萬股，每股價格介乎 9.088 至 9.28 英鎊，每股加權平均價為 9.1864 英鎊。另外，匯控於香港聯交所市場購入 242.48 萬股，每股價格介乎 95.05 至 95.95 港元，每股加權平均價約 95.5792 港元。
