Rapoo announced that as of July 31, 2025, the company repurchased 169,900 shares through a dedicated securities account for share buybacks via centralized bidding, with a total repurchase amount of 3.567 million yuan, accounting for 0.0603% of the company's total A-share capital. The highest transaction price for this repurchase was 21.5 yuan/share, and the lowest transaction price was 19.56 yuan/share. The implementation of the company's share repurchase complies with relevant laws and regulations as well as the established repurchase plan. The company will implement this repurchase plan within the repurchase period based on market conditions and plans to fulfill its information disclosure obligations during the repurchase period
