# XUEDA: A total of 2.1713 million shares have been repurchased, with a total payment amount of 111 million yuan

XUEDA announced that as of July 31, 2025, the company has repurchased a total of 2.1713 million shares through a dedicated securities account via centralized bidding, accounting for 1.78% of the company's current total share capital. The highest transaction price was RMB 54.94 per share, the lowest transaction price was RMB 48.5 per share, and the total amount paid was RMB 111 million. The funds for this share repurchase come from the company's own funds and/or self-raised funds, and the repurchase price did not exceed the upper limit of RMB 66.8 per share as stipulated in the repurchase plan. This repurchase complies with relevant laws and regulations and the requirements of the company's established share repurchase plan
