# Wongtee International: Shenzhen Wongtee Plaza will be auctioned by the judiciary, and the company may trigger a financial delisting risk warning

According to the announcement from Wongtee International (000056.SZ), the company has recently learned through public information inquiries that the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court in Guangdong Province will publicly auction the assets of its wholly-owned subsidiary Rongfa Investment, namely the Jingguo Commercial Center (Shenzhen Wongtee Plaza) and related ancillary facilities and equipment, from 10:00 on September 9, 2025, to 10:00 on September 10, 2025 (excluding delays) on the JD.com judicial auction platform of the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court, with a starting price of 3.053 billion yuan.

In 2024, the revenue from the Shenzhen Wongtee Plaza project is expected to be 369 million yuan, accounting for 56.03% of the company's total annual revenue. If the auction is successful, the company will lose ownership of the target assets, constituting a significant asset restructuring; at the same time, as the Shenzhen Wongtee Plaza is a major asset of the company, the successful auction will have a significant impact on the company's assets, liabilities, and daily operations, and there is a risk warning that the company may trigger the financial mandatory delisting risk warning situation under Article 9.3.1 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules in the future
