# Shiji Information Technology's subsidiary signs a significant contract with MGM Grand

According to the announcement from Shiji Information Technology (002153.SZ), on August 12, 2025, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Shiji (Macau) Limited (referred to as "Shiji Macau") and Shiji Singapore Pte Ltd. (referred to as "Shiji Singapore," collectively known as "the Providers") signed a MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT (referred to as "MSA") with MGM GRAND PARADISE S.A. (MGM Grand Paradise Co., Ltd., referred to as "the Client" or "MGM Grand Paradise"). DAYLIGHT PMS has been certified by MGM Grand Paradise as its next-generation cloud PMS system standard. The company provides the next-generation cloud-based enterprise-level hotel information management system DAYLIGHT PMS and related supporting products and services to the client and its affiliates in a Software as a Service ("SaaS") model, replacing the client's existing PMS.

The signing of this agreement with MGM Grand Paradise signifies that after successfully signing with Melco Hotels Group, another international large-scale integrated resort hotel group has recognized the technological leadership of the company's next-generation cloud-based enterprise-level hotel information management system DAYLIGHT PMS. Due to the high volume of guests and numerous rooms at international large-scale integrated resorts, the management systems for these resorts are complex and varied, requiring high standards for system performance, product functionality, system stability, and data security. The integration and interfaces are relatively more challenging compared to ordinary hotel groups; therefore, the requirements for PMS from large international integrated resort hotels often represent the pinnacle of contemporary products. The successful signing and subsequent successful launch will continue to establish a good benchmark effect for DAYLIGHT PMS in entering the global international large-scale integrated resort hotel market and even the entire hotel market, bringing long-term substantial financial benefits and a positive brand effect to the company
