# Wasu Media: Shareholder Zhejiang Yitong Media plans to reduce its holdings by 1%

Wasu Media announced that its shareholder Zhejiang Yitong Media, holding more than 5% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 18.5293 million shares through centralized bidding within three months after the announcement is disclosed, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital. Zhejiang Yitong Media currently holds 143 million shares of Wasu Media, accounting for 7.74% of the total share capital. The reason for the reduction is the operational needs of Zhejiang Yitong Media. The reduction period is from September 9, 2025, to December 8, 2025, and the reduction price will be determined based on market prices. This reduction will not lead to a change in the company's control
