# 中手遊發盈警 預期上半年淨虧損不多於 6.5 億元

> 中手遊預計截至 2025 年 6 月 30 日的六個月內淨虧損不超過 6.5 億元，較 2024 年同期的 2.41 億元虧損顯著增加。業績下滑主要因自研遊戲《仙劍世界》表現不佳、國內收益下降約 40%、非經營性開支增加及銷售和推廣費用大幅上升。

智通財經 APP 訊，中手遊 (00302) 公佈，預期該集團截至 2025 年 6 月 30 日止六個月取得不多於人民幣 6.5 億元的淨虧損。該集團截至 2024 年 6 月 30 日止六個月的淨虧損為人民幣 2.41 億元。

公告稱，業績下滑主要由於以下因素：

(1) 儘管報告期間海外業務收入較 2024 年同期有較大增長，但由於集團自研旗艦遊戲《仙劍世界》自 2025 年 2 月發行後表現未達預期，且截至 2025 年 6 月 30 日止六個月期間自中國內地產生的收益較 2024 年同期下跌，使得截至 2025 年 6 月 30 日止六個月的收益較截至 2024 年 6 月 30 日止六個月減少約 40%;

(2) 截至 2025 年 6 月 30 日止六個月的非經營性其他開支較截至 2024 年 6 月 30 日止六個月增加，主要由於截至 2025 年 6 月 30 日止六個月部分尚未上線遊戲的預付版權金的撇銷，以及按公平值計入損益的金融資產公平值虧損增加;及

(3) 截至 2025 年 6 月 30 日止六個月的銷售及分銷開支大幅增加，主要由於集團對於《仙劍世界》進行了較大規模的營銷推廣，以及發行《春秋玄奇》等新遊戲產生了較多推廣費用。
