ST ZHIYUN announced that in the first half of 2025, operating revenue was 89.1322 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 63.59%. The net loss was 106 million yuan, compared to a net profit of 10.2391 million yuan in the same period last year. The company plans not to distribute cash dividends, not to issue bonus shares, and not to convert reserves into share capital
