# Bondex: Yin Haiping resigns as Secretary of the Board, Lei Chen takes over

On August 25th, Bondex announced that the board secretary Yin Haiping applied to resign from the position of board secretary due to work adjustments, and will continue to serve as the company's chief financial officer after resigning. The ninth meeting of the third board of directors approved the appointment of Lei Chen as the company's board secretary, with a term starting from the date of approval by this board meeting until the end of the third board's term
