# 《大行》中金升光大環境目標價至 5.2 元 上調股息預測

> 中金髮布研究報告，光大環境上半年營業收入同比下降 8%，純利下滑 10%，但派息同比增長 7% 至 0.15 元，派息比率為 42%。預計未來兩年資本開支穩健，海外業務佔比將提升。維持盈利預測，給予「跑贏行業」評級，股息預測上調至 0.25 元，目標價提升 8% 至 5.2 元。

中金髮表研究報告指，光大環境 (00257.HK) 上半年營業收入按年下降 8%，純利跌 10%，派息按年增 7% 至 0.15 元，派息比率達 42%。

該行預期，光大環境今明兩年的資本開支保持穩健，但隨着中亞、東南亞地區的垃圾焚化項目拓展，海外業務資本開支佔比或會有所提升。該行維持集團的盈利預測，續予「跑贏行業」評級，又認為雖然集團中期盈利下滑，但自由現金流穩健，因此上調集團今年股息預測至 0.25 元，按年增長 10%，並提升目標價 8% 至 5.2 元。
