DongA Ejiao announced that the profit distribution plan for the first half of 2025 is as follows: Based on a total share capital of 643,976,824 shares, excluding the repurchased shares of 553,661 shares, the total number of shares participating in profit distribution is 643,423,163 shares. A cash dividend of 12.700919 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders. The equity registration date is September 2, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is September 3, 2025
