# 花 1800 元在京東買 LABUBU 盲盒，拆開竟是 “垃圾”？客服回應：正在處理

> 消費者在京東購買 LABUBU 盲盒，花費 1800 元，打開後發現盒內為空，只有垃圾物品。消費者投訴稱，購買是為了送人，且在開箱時錄製了視頻以防假貨。京東客服表示正在處理此問題，強調產品為正品。

近日，有消費者在黑貓投訴平台投訴稱，“在京東平台的京東指數上，花了 1800 多元錢網購了兩端盒泡泡瑪特 LABUBU 的三代產品，打開之後裏面就是一個空的盒子，沒有發現一個 LABUBU 的玩具，而是隨便填了幾個垃圾進去，有廢舊的抱枕、扇子、拖鞋等等。” 該消費者向新浪科技表示，“當時購買兩端盒 LABUBU 是準備送人，因為了解到貨比較緊俏，也聽到網上説有可能會有假貨，所以在開快遞的時候拍了視頻，結果打開之後裏面全是這些破枕頭、拖鞋等垃圾。” 對此，新浪科技向京東官方進行求證，截至發稿，官方暫無回應。京東指數官方客服則表示，“產品肯定保證是正品，這個問題已有相關同事介入，正在處理。”
