智通財經 APP 訊，中梁控股 (02772) 發佈截至 2025 年 6 月 30 日止六個月未經審核中期業績，收入 51.3 億元 (人民幣，下同)，同比減少 77.4%;股東應占虧損 7.81 億元，同比收窄 54.28%;每股基本虧損 0.18 元。

公告稱，2025 年上半年，集團 (連同其合營企業及聯營公司) 完成交付約 15,000 套物業單位。根據億翰智庫發佈的數據，集團在 2025 年上半年按交付物業套數計，為中國房地產開發商前 10 強之一。
