# 中原環保：擬投資 6879.91 萬元建設鄭州新區污水處理廠用電保障項目

> 中原環保公告，其子公司鄭州智碳科技有限公司將與其他公司組成聯合體，投資約 6879.91 萬元建設鄭州新區污水處理廠用電保障項目。該項目採用合同能源管理模式，合同期為 29 年，期間智碳公司與淨化公司分享電價收益，合同期滿後將移交給淨化公司。

中原環保公告，公司孫公司鄭州智碳科技有限公司作為聯合體牽頭人，與中國電建集團華東勘測設計研究院有限公司、中建電力工程（深圳）有限公司組成聯合體，投資建設公司子公司鄭州市污水淨化有限公司下屬新區污水處理廠用電保障合同能源管理項目。項目總投資預估約 6879.91 萬元，資金來源為自有資金及自籌資金。項目採用合同能源管理模式，合同期 29 年，合同期內，智碳公司與淨化公司分享電價收益，合同到期移交淨化公司。
