# SKGF: Shenzhen Huiri Hongsheng's comprehensive tender offer has expired

SKGF announced that the comprehensive tender offer price issued by Shenzhen Huili Hongsheng Industrial Holdings to all shareholders except itself is RMB 16.13 per share, with the number of shares to be tendered being 86.5875 million shares, accounting for 57.73% of the company's total share capital. The tender offer period is from July 29, 2025, to August 27, 2025. As of August 27, 2025, the tender offer period will expire, and the company's stock will be suspended from trading starting August 28, 2025, with the resumption time pending the announcement of the tender offer results
