Baowu Magnesium announced that in the first half of 2025, the operating revenue was 4.352 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.78%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 64.1242 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 46.47%. The basic earnings per share were 0.0647 yuan/share, a year-on-year decrease of 46.44%. The company plans not to distribute cash dividends, not to issue bonus shares, and not to increase capital by converting reserves
